Cultural Bridges: Connecting Communities Through Diversity

Cultural Bridges is a European project dedicated to empowering young people from minority backgrounds through intercultural education, dialogue, and cooperation. By fostering cultural awareness and mutual understanding, the project aims to combat racism and discrimination, strengthen youth participation, and promote a shared European identity rooted in diversity and inclusion.

Through a series of transnational exchanges, creative workshops, and local initiatives, Cultural Bridges creates spaces where young people can explore their heritage, express their voices, and build bridges across cultures. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and implemented by a consortium of organisations from Spain, France, and Poland.

Building Bridges Across Cultures

Led by the Afro-Catalan association Ndiatiguia, in partnership with UGPA Polska (Poland) and Un Geste Pour l’Avenir (France), Cultural Bridges brings together youth of African descent across Europe to explore identity, share lived experiences, and promote intercultural dialogue.

Through a variety of workshops, community exchanges, and creative activities, we address shared challenges related to discrimination and exclusion. By reflecting on our realities in different European countries, we work together to develop collective strategies for change and social justice.

This collaboration fosters not only mutual learning and empowerment, but also a sense of unity among young people who envision a more inclusive Europe. Together, we are building a Europe where diversity is celebrated, and every young person feels seen, valued, and heard.

Promoting a more inclusive Europe by addressing everyday discrimination, raising awareness, and celebrating cultural diversity. These initiatives aim to strengthen a shared European identity where all voices are valued and represented.
